Prior to booking an appointment, please be aware that we are offering Pre-Booked Services only. Our beauty advisers will wear a face mask and a face shield during your Service and follow strict hygiene protocols. We require you to wear a face covering in store (unless you are exempt), apart from if it’s necessary to temporarily remove your face covering to perform service. The health and well-being of our employees and consumers remains our top priority. If any of the following apply, we kindly ask that you defer booking your appointment:
• You have or have had within the past 14 days any symptoms of COVID-19.
• Within the past 14 days you have been caring for, or living with, someone diagnosed with COVID-19 or symptoms of COVID-19.
• Within the past 14 days you have been advised to home quarantine because of an exposure to COVID-19.
• Within the past 14 days you have been advised to self-isolate in the place you're staying after arriving from an international destination.
You will be asked to reconfirm the above when you arrive in store. If any of this does apply at that time you will be kindly asked to re-arrange your appointment.
